Mr. Arianto started his career as an accountant at the age of 29. In 1993, he founded PT Key Management Consultant and KAP Arianto to provide integrated consulting services consisting of Management Consulting, Accounting and Taxation services, as well as General Audit. KAP Arianto joined as an affiliate of RSM Indonesia and he served as a signing partner in the audit division for 20 years. Currently, he is more focused on consulting services at KMC Group.

As time goes by, Mr. Arianto has increased his business lines by providing Software House, Merger & Acquisition, and Family Business Governance services to provide more comprehensive services for clients.

Mrs. Yanni started her career in 1984 as an accountant at a contractor company in Pekanbaru, Riau, while continuing her education at a local university. After completing college, he moved to Surabaya and worked at a well-known bank. However, feeling a lack of challenges, in 1989 Mrs. Yanni decided to change careers and joined a PMA company operating in the shoe and footwear industry as an Accountant Manager.

In 1993, she and Mr. Arianto founded PT. Key Management Consultant, part of KMC Group. Apart from being one of the founders, she also handles various clients, both local companies and PMA in Bonded Zones. As time goes by, the KMC Group is becoming increasingly well-known among business people in Surabaya and its surroundings. With strong determination, she and Mr. Arianto are trying to make the KMC Group one of the leading and widely known consultants in Indonesia and the world

Mr. Nexson Ari Putra's academic journey began at Monash University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 2012, and continued his Master's degree in Accounting at Airlangga University in 2015.

Mr. Nexson started his professional career first at KMC Group in 2013 and then at KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Mawar & Partners until 2015. In 2015, Nexson switched to the world of Corporate Finance, joining Ciptadana Capital.

This experience gave him valuable insight into the industry, and today Mr. Nexson returns to KMC Group, where he continues to apply his expertise and develop the range of services offered by KMC Group.
